The School of Islamic Studies will organize a panel titled “Academic Responsibility for Gaza: Strategies for Education, Boycott and Support”. In the event, moderated by our faculty member Prof. Dr. Bilal Aybakan, Dr. Kamalain Shaath (Former Rector of Gaza Islamic University) will give a speech titled “Academic Life in Gaza”; Dr. Fadi Zatari (Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University) will give a speech titled “Academic Boycott”; our faculty member Dr. Mustafa Oğuz Tuna will give a speech titled “Evaluation of Boycott in terms of International Law” and our lecturer Dr. Nour Alhila will give a speech titled “What Can an Academic Do for Gaza?”. The event will be held online via Zoom on Saturday, November 16th at 20.00.
